To provide a contract proposal device, a contract proposal method, a contract proposal program, a timing determination device, a timing determination method, and a timing determination program for drafting a contract plan capable of complementing reverse mortgage and tontine insurance, and determining appropriate timing for switching from payment to receipt of tontine insurance.SOLUTION: A contract proposal device proposes a contract in which a portion of debt loan through reverse mortgage is used for a premium of tontine insurance, and receipt of insurance benefit from the tontine insurance is started at a predetermined timing. A timing determination device determines a timing to start receipt of the insurance benefit from the tontine insurance already paid as the premium by a portion of the debt loan through the reverse mortgage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
