Abstract:
To provide a heating cooking container enabling easy selection of a plurality of cooking modes according to user needs in cooking an object to be cooked.SOLUTION: A heating cooking container 1 is used in a heating chamber 95 of a grill device 9 comprising the heating chamber 95 and heating sources 91, 92L, 92R and is heated by the heating sources 91, 92L, 92R to cook an object F1 to be cooked. The heating cooking container 1 comprises: a container body 30 for housing the object F1 to be cooked; and a lid body 10 for covering the container body 30 from above. At least one of the container body 30 and the lid body 10 has a first face 11 having a first characteristic and a second face 12 having a second characteristic. A cooking mode for the object F1 to be cooked having the first characteristic differs from a cooking mode for the object F1 to be cooked having the second characteristic. The heating cooking container 1 is configured to be selectable between a first state in which the first face 11 faces upward and the second face 12 faces downward and a second state in which the second face 12 faces upward and the first face 11 faces downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
