Abstract:
To provide a method for satisfactorily bonding a diene rubber and a silicone rubber.SOLUTION: The method for bonding a diene rubber and a silicone rubber includes the steps of: applying a primer composition containing (A) a silane compound having an alkenyl group, (B) a silane compound having a (meth)acrylic group, and (C) an organometallic compound having silane hydrolyzability as essential components to a surface of an unvulcanized product or a cured product of the diene rubber and drying the primer composition to form a primer layer; and applying a silicone rubber composition to a surface of the primer layer and heat-curing the silicone rubber composition to form a silicone rubber layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
