To improve security without requiring additional resources for authentication in a convenient access control system.SOLUTION: An access control server according to the present invention includes: a feature point extraction part that extracts first authentication information and second authentication information from a user image captured by a camera: and an authentication part that authenticates user entry and exit by obtaining encrypted third authentication information identifying the user from a receiver, decrypting this third authentication information with the first authentication information, and comparing the decrypted third authentication information and the second authentication information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
