Abstract:
To provide a linseed paste composition preventing the occurrence of separation of a solid content and an oil content even when being stored in a long term.SOLUTION: A linseed paste composition comprises a linseed ground product, an edible oil and a viscous sugar solution. In the linseed paste composition, a mass ratio of the linseed ground product to the edible oil is (3:7)-(9:1), and a product of a viscosity (dPa S) of the viscous sugar solution measured at 25°C with a B type viscometer, and the product of viscous sugar solution percentage content to the total mass of the linseed paste composition is 9 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
