Abstract:
To provide a model animal useful for spontaneous generation type diabetes; and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A production method of a diabetes model animal includes a culture process for culturing a fertilized embryo of a non-human animal by a prescribed culture solution, a transplantation process for transplanting the cultured embryo to a foster parent of a non-human animal, and a production process for producing a child from the foster parent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
