To reduce the number of steps of teaching a robot arm holding an imaging device and an illumination source how to arrange the imaging device and the illumination source.SOLUTION: The optical arrangement generation device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring shape data including the positional coordinates of a point group forming the shape of an inspection target body with a mirror surface and a normal vector for the surface of the shape; and a generation unit for generating and outputting optical arrangement data showing the arrangement pattern, to the inspection target body, of an imaging point for imaging an inspection target body and an illumination point for illuminating the inspection target body arranged so that there is the imaging point on an optical path for a reflected light regular-reflected on the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
