Abstract:
To provide an electronic camera that can improve convenience when performing automatic horizontal control by rotation control of an imaging sensor in optical finder photographing.SOLUTION: An electronic camera includes: optical finder means; inside finder display means in the optical finder means; eye-touch detection means for detecting an eye-touch state to the optical finder means; imaging means for imaging a subject; display means for displaying image data generated by the imaging means; sensor rotation means for rotationally moving the imaging means on a plane perpendicular to the optical axis; tilt detecting means for detecting a tilt angle of the electronic camera; and level means for displaying the tilt angle on the inside finder display means or the display means. In a photographing preparation period, if the eye-touch detection means detects eye-touch, the sensor rotation means is not operated, if the eye-touch detection means does not detect, the sensor rotation means is operated in a direction cancelling out the tilt amount, and the level means makes a horizontal display regardless of a result of eye-touch detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
