Abstract:
To improve sealability of an auxiliary seal part.SOLUTION: A sealing device 101 is attached from the outer surface side of a cooking tank 11 so as to enclose a rotary shaft 31 penetrating through a through hole 13 provided at the cooking tank 11 of a cooker and has: an annular metal ring 102 which encloses the rotary shaft 31; and a seal lip 112 which is fastened to the metal ring 102, made of a rubber-like elastic material 111, and closely contacts with a periphery of the rotary shaft 31. Further, the sealing device 101 sandwiches an auxiliary seal member B formed into an annular shape by a resin material in between an outer surface of the cooking tank 11 and a seal member A to hold the auxiliary seal member B and seals the rotary shaft 31 with a close-contact piece 171 which is provided at the auxiliary seal member B, extends to the interior side of the cooking tank 11, and makes surface contact with the rotary shaft 31 in an elastic manner. The auxiliary seal member B bends or curves a portion of the close-contact piece 171 along the rotary shaft 31 to cause the close-contact piece 171 to make surface contact with the rotary shaft 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
