To provide a server device, an information processing method, a program for servers, a program for terminals, and a commodity storage system, with which it is possible to realize resale of a commodity in a state of being stored in a storage box and promote the retrieval of the commodity from the storage box.SOLUTION: A commodity storage system S notifies a first user of delivery complete information when a commodity purchased by the first user is stored in a storage box BOn; nullifies a first password that is needed to retrieve a commodity from the storage box BOn when the purchase of the commodity is canceled by the first user and notifies a second user of resale possible information; and notifies the second user of a second password that is needed to retrieve the commodity from the storage box BOn when the commodity made to be resaleable is purchased by the second user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
