Abstract:
To provide a technique for reconciling securement of insulation quality and cost suppression regarding a power conversion device in which a dielectric plate having a cylindrical part is sandwiched between tabular first and second bus bars.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 2 comprises: a lamination unit 20 in which a semiconductor module 8 is sandwiched between adjacent coolers; a capacitor 60 which is placed adjacently to the lamination unit 20; a first bus bar 30; a second bus bar 40; and a dielectric plate 50. The dielectric plate 50 is sandwiched between a positive electrode bus bar 30 and a negative electrode bus bar 40, and has a cylindrical part 53. The cylindrical part 53 passes through a third hole 45 of the negative electrode bus bar 40, and a branch part 33 of the positive electrode bus bar 30 passes through the inside thereof. The cylindrical part 53 is made of a material having the fluidity when it is melt being lower than fluidity when a material of a main body 51 of the dielectric plate is melt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
