Abstract:
To provide a management system, a management method and a program that can suppress forgetting of maintenance work of an electric apparatus.SOLUTION: A management system 1 comprises: an acquisition section 111; a maintenance plan creation section 112; an instruction information creation section 114; and a notification section 115. The acquisition section 111 acquires apparatus information associated with an operation state from each of a plurality of electric apparatuses 2 respectively installed at a plurality of installation sites L1. The maintenance plan creation section 112 creates a maintenance plan associated with maintenance work of the plurality of electric apparatuses 2 on the basis of the apparatus information acquired by the acquisition section 111. The instruction information creation section 114 creates instruction information instructing work content performed at the installation site L1 of a visit destination of the plurality of installation sites L1 on the basis of the maintenance plan and a visit plan to visit the plurality of installation sites L1.
