Abstract:
To allow a user to grasp which of a plurality of voice instructions made by the user has been reflected in the device.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus which receives a user request made with respect to a terminal by voice over a communication network includes: request reflection means which reflects the request in job type or job settings on the basis of the user request; output means which outputs information indicating that the request cannot be reflected when the request reflection means cannot reflect the request; display means which displays job type and job settings in which the request has been reflected by the request reflection means when a subsequent user request made by voice is received by the terminal over the communication network during reflecting the former user request made by voice in the terminal; and operation receiving means of receiving a modification on the job settings on the job in which the request has been reflected, after the request reflection means reflects the request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
