Abstract:
To provide a technique for executing relaying according to the necessity of relaying in a device that requests relaying.SOLUTION: A first communication unit 30 executes near field communication. A second communication unit 32 executes long-distance wireless communication over a range in which the first communication unit 30 can perform communication. When the first communication unit 30 has received a relay request from a relay request device, a determination unit 50 determines whether the relay is possible on the basis of status information indicating the status of the relay request device. The status information includes a plurality of items, and the determination unit 50 determines whether the relay is possible, using the status information and a condition defined for each of the plurality of items. A relay processing unit 52 relays data between the first communication unit 30 and the second communication unit 32 to the relay request device when the determination unit 50 determines that the relay is possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
