Abstract:
To quickly secure broadcast viewing when reception of the broadcast can no longer be carried out.SOLUTION: An uplink device 10 comprises: a simultaneous distribution receiving unit 106 which receives a simultaneous distribution signal distributed simultaneously via the Internet, while broadcast is not receivable; a re-coding unit 107 which re-codes the simultaneous distribution signal in accordance with a system based on a coding system of TV broadcast; and a transmission unit 130 which generates a modulated signal by modulating a signal re-coded by the re-coding unit 107 and transmits a signal based on the modulated signal to a rebroadcasting device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
