Abstract:
To provide a motion training device that demonstrates a training effect when a trainee causes a desired motion even in a case where an activity of a protagonistic muscle and a nerve cell controlling it cannot be caused.SOLUTION: A motion training device for a predetermined motion of a trainee includes: motion instruction means 4 for causing an activity of a nerve cell group accompanying a motion intention on the predetermined motion; stimulation imparting means 7 for stimulating an afferent nerve cell group of a protagonistic muscle or a synergist muscle on the predetermined motion; and control means 1 for controlling a timing at which the activity of the nerve cell group in the motion instruction means is caused, and a timing of the stimulation in the stimulation imparting means. The stimulation imparting means imparts stimulation to the afferent nerve cells within a fixed time from when the motion instruction means presents a motion instruction to the trainee.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
