To reduce interference of frequency in an output power.SOLUTION: A power supply device according to the present invention comprises: a clock signal creation unit that creates a clock signal of a clock frequency; a calculation unit that calculates a frequency at which a first frequency, a second frequency, and a third frequency are synchronized based on the clock frequency; an AC voltage output unit that outputs an AC voltage of the second frequency based on a signal of the first frequency; a DC voltage output unit that outputs a DC voltage based on a signal of the third frequency; and an output unit that performs output based on the AC voltage and the DC voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
