Abstract:
To provide a distance image measuring device capable of sequentially confirming the presence or absence of abnormality.SOLUTION: A distance image measuring device 1 includes: a light source 21; an image sensor 22; a housing 10; a window 12; and a distance calculation section for calculating a distance to an object on the basis of flight time. The distance image measuring device includes: a light control mirror 31 of which a mirror surface is inclined to an optical axis of projected light, the light control mirror 31 capable of being in an external object detection state or a low reflection state of which degree for reflecting the projected light is suppressed more than the external object detection state; a switching section for switching the light control mirror between the external object detection state and the low reflection state; an internal reference member 33 is arranged in a direction to which the projected light has traveled more than the mirror inside the device, and reflects the projected light; and an abnormality determination section which determines whether the distance calculated by the distance calculation section on the basis of reference internal reflected light falls within a normal range, and which determines whether there is an abnormality in a function of the distance image measuring device for detecting the object existing in an observation field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
