Abstract:
To provide an energy absorption member that can reduce a dimension in a longitudinal direction while securing an energy absorption amount for a head-on collision.SOLUTION: An energy absorption member 6 includes: a plate-shaped rear wall part 10 extending in a vehicle width direction; and an extending wall part 21 extending in the vehicle width direction and installed while extending forward from an intermediate part in a height direction of the rear wall part 10. The rear wall part 10 provides a forward convexly arch-shape in a plan view.
