Abstract:
To reduce pressure loss of a butterfly valve whose valve body is eccentric, to improve flow rate characteristics.SOLUTION: A valve shaft part 32 of a valve body 30 of a butterfly valve 3 is rotatably arranged on a valve axial line L1, and a valve body 31 is eccentric with respect to the valve axial line L1 at least on a front side in a valve thickness direction Dt. A back surface 34 of a valve wing pat 33 in the valve body 31 is a concave curved surface that protrudes to the back side from an end part in a valve width direction Dw toward the valve shaft part 32, and is smoothly continued to an outer peripheral surface 32a forming a convex curved surface of the valve shaft part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
