Abstract:
To provide a moving object detector capable of detecting a moving object in real time.SOLUTION: In a moving object detector, an encoder 24 is a circuit which encodes frames 41F, which are included in a moving image 41 generated by a camera 10, in units of macro blocks by use of inter-frame prediction. A vector acquisition part 25 acquires, from the encoder 24, a plurality of movement vectors 51 corresponding to the plurality of macro blocks included in the frames 41F. A detection part 26 detects a moving object based on the plurality of movement vectors 51 acquired by the vector acquisition part 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
