Abstract:
To improve accuracy for estimating a category of sentence including an unknown word.SOLUTION: A category estimation device 1 includes: a propagation control unit 132 for propagating a plurality of processing layers included in each machine learning model of first sentence information and a plurality of pieces of second sentence information; an extraction unit 133 for extracting one or more first output and one or more second output including a unit commonly activated in both processing layers of a latter processing layer and a prior processing layer selected from the plurality of processing layers; a characteristic component detection unit 137 for detecting one or more first characteristic components based on one or more first outputs as well as detecting one or more second characteristic components based on one or more second outputs; a calculation unit 139 for calculating a plurality of similarities based on one or more first characteristic components and one or more second characteristic components; a category estimation unit 140 for estimating a category of a not-added word based on a plurality of similarities; and an output unit 141 for outputting information based on the estimated result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
