Abstract:
To provide a coated sintered body excellent in adhesion between a sintered body and a coating layer.SOLUTION: A coated sintered body comprises a sintered body made up of metal and a coating layer made up of a polymeric material and provided on a surface of the sintered body. An interface between the sintered body and the coating layer has a machined surface and a plurality of open pores opening in the machined surface. In the machined surface, a plurality of arcs are juxtaposed protruding from the coating layer toward the sintered body, whose maximum height Rz is 41 μm or greater. If taking a section of the sintered body orthogonal to the machined surface, the sintered body has an open pore ratio of 20% or more, and the open pores in the number of 30% or more of the plurality of open pores have inclining spaces. The inclining space is a space of the open pore existing on an inner side of the sintered body than a metal region of the sintered body, on a first hypothetic line orthogonal with respect to a tangential line to both of the arcs adjacent to each other on the machined surface of the sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
