Abstract:
To provide an assembly jig for a vertical injection molding machine capable of accurately aligning a shaft core when an injection device is attached to a mold clamping device.SOLUTION: An assembly jig (1) configured with a predetermined guide part (5) is fixed to a base flange (31) of an injection device (30). When the assembly jig is fixed, the guide part (5) protrudes from a bottom surface of the base flange (31) by a predetermined height. The base flange (31) is placed on an upper movable platen (24) of a mold clamping device (21). Then, the guide part (5) enters while abutting against a tapered hollow part (26) formed in the upper movable platen (24), so that a shaft core of the mold clamping device (21) and the injection device (30) are matched. After assembling a vertical injection molding machine (50), the assembly jig (1) is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
