Abstract:
To provide a laminate molding method capable of forming a laminate molded object at a high speed and with high quality.SOLUTION: A laminate molding method includes: a bead laminating step of laminating beads 53A, 53B, 53C, 53D along a bead formation locus determined by a lamination plan; and a slag removing step of removing, by using a slag removing tool, slag generated in a plurality of V groove portions 61A, 61B, 61C formed between the adjacent beads. In the slag removing step, the V groove portion in which a dimensional ratio H/W of a bead height H to a bead width W of the beads forming the V groove portions 61A, 61B, 61C exceeds 0.2 is extracted from lamination plan information as a removal candidate place, and slag in the extracted removal candidate place is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
