Abstract:
To provide a grater capable of obtaining a grated food product having taste or aroma bringing out characteristics of a food material, and to provide a production procedure of the grated food product.SOLUTION: A grater 1 has a grating part 2 for rubbing a food material thereon, and a plurality of protrusions 4 rising from a bottom surface 5 of a grating surface 2a are formed on the grating surface 2a of the grating part 2, and at least the grating part 2 is made of a metal material containing titanium, and an arithmetic average roughness Ra of the bottom surface 5 is in the range of 0.80 μm-1.35 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
