Abstract:
本発明は医用画像に基づく組織元素質量比率の脱構築方法及び幾何的モデルの構築方法を提供し、組織元素質量比率の脱構築方法は既知の元素質量比率に対応した医用画像データによって、未知の医用画像データに対応した組織元素質量比率に近似するステップを含む；幾何的モデルの構築方法は、医用画像を読み取るステップ、組織元素質量比率の脱構築方法に基づいて組織種類を定義するステップ、組織グループ化数を決定するステップ、医用画像と密度との間の変換関係によって組織密度を定義するステップ、組織と密度の情報付きの３Ｄエンコードマトリックスを構築するステップ、幾何的モデルを生じるステップ、を含む。既知の組織の医用画像データによって生物体組織元素質量比率を脱構築し、ボクセルファントムを作製する時に真実の状況により近づけ、線量計算の正確さを向上させて治療の品質を精進することができる。
