Abstract:
To provide a production method of nutrient-rich round soybean curd having enhanced function of a dietary supplement or vegetable fiber by taking health into consideration.SOLUTION: In a production method of round soybean curd, soybean milk mixed with a vegetable or a dietary supplement is put into a spherical rubber bag, heated and solidified. The production method of round soybean curd comprises a soybean milk filling step for filling the spherical rubber bag with soybean milk mixed with vegetable powder, vegetable fiber or a dietary supplement, a port part blocking step for blocking an opening of the spherical rubber bag so as to prevent leakage by being tied with rubber or a port needle, and a soybean curd formation step for solidifying similarly as filled soybean curd currently on the market, after passing through the port part blocking step for blocking the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: None
