Abstract:
To provide a lens unit capable of achieving a blooming reduction, prevention of condensation on the lens, and cost reduction.SOLUTION: A lens unit 1 includes: a lens-barrel 10 formed of resin; a first lens 11 held in the lens-barrel 10; a second lens 13; a third lens 14; a fourth lens 15; a fifth lens 16; and an IR cut glass 12 held in the lens-barrel 10 for removing infrared light. The IR cut glass 12 is arranged between the first lens 11 positioned at the forefront of the multiple lenses and the fifth lens 16 positioned at the end of the multiple lenses. An encapsulant 18 is provided between the IR cut glass 12 and the lens-barrel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
