Abstract:
To protect inherited property and prevent heirs from requesting return by standing in for cancellation of a deceased person's paid contract on the Internet.SOLUTION: In the case of a pre-need contract, a list of paid contracts is provided in advance, and documents showing that a contractor died and access information to cancel the contracts are provided after death, and using them the paid contracts will be cancelled on behalf of the deceased. In the pre-need contract, if a paid contract is added later, that fact is written in a will, a copy of this is attached, and the added contract will be cancelled on behalf of the deceased. In the case of a will contract, after getting a copy of the will, documents showing that a contractor died and a list of paid contracts (except as stated in the will), and a charge, the described paid services will be cancelled on behalf of the deceased.
