Abstract:
To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that determine the reliability of evaluation information.SOLUTION: According to one aspect of the present invention, an information processing device including a reception unit, an extraction unit, an arithmetic unit, and a determination unit is provided. The reception unit receives information of a review site on the Internet. The extraction unit extracts evaluation information from the information of the review site. The evaluation information includes a user who has performed an evaluation, a score given by the user, and a comment of the user. The arithmetic unit calculates a plurality of feature amounts from the evaluation information. The plurality of feature amounts have dependencies with each other. The determination unit determines the reliability of the evaluation information, based on an evaluation function that uses the plurality of feature amounts as variables.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
