Abstract:
To provide a production method of a three-dimensional molded article, capable of preventing reduction of molding accuracy or stop of molding operation due to wear and breakage of material supply means, when producing a three-dimensional molded article (article) by repeating forming and solidification of a powder layer, and accurately continuing three-dimensional molding.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional molding device comprises: at least one thickness regulation member; a holding part for holding the at least one thickness regulation member; an energy beam radiation part; and a control part for controlling the holding part and the energy beam radiation part. The holding part has a mechanism for changing a part contacting the powder, when executing repeatedly, powder layer formation processing for bringing the part of the at least one thickness regulation member into contact with the powder while moving, for forming the powder layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
