To provide a system that can translate a sentence which is input by a user to a sentence which can be easily understood by the user.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 101 acquires an input sentence as an original sentence Wa. A partition unit 102 partitions the original sentence Wa acquired by the acquisition unit 101 into paragraphs Ca1 through Can. A translating/processing unit 103 translates or processes each of paragraphs Ca1 through Can using a translating/processing rule.
