To provide an information processing device, a system and a program capable of managing a payment amount of money to a group settlement account of an individual belonging to a group and an amount of money borne by each individual for settlement of the group settlement account.SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 of an information processing system 1 includes, as functions thereof, a management unit 131 that manages a group settlement account and a user belonging to a group, an allocation information registration unit 132 that registers payment information to the group settlement account as allocation information of the user in the group settlement account, and an update processing unit 133 that allocates settlement information in which the settlement for the group settlement account has been performed to the allocation information of the user belonging to the group, based on a set predetermined ratio, and that updates it by subtracting a settlement amount of money from the amount of money of the allocation information of each user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
