Abstract:
To provide high-efficiency die-cutting equipment for absorptive cotton.SOLUTION: A pedestal 12 is fixedly installed at a lower end of a left end surface of a main body 11, support rods 13 are so fixedly installed on an upper end surface of the pedestal 12 as to be longitudinal-symmetrically, absorptive cotton feed sleeves 14 are rotatably installed at upper ends of end faces on opposite sides of the support rods 13, and a lifting device 101 is installed between the support rods 13. A lifting plate 15 is installed in the lifting device 101, the lifting plate 15 can transport the wound absorptive cotton upward and between the absorptive cotton feed sleeves 14, and thus, an operator can insert both of front and rear ends of the wound wooden bar into the absorptive cotton feed sleeves 14. A die-cutting device 102 is installed on an upper side of the main body 11, a ventilation roll 16 is installed in the die-cutting device 102, a space 17 is provided in the ventilation roll 16, a vent pipe 18 is laterally installed in the space 17 in a longitudinal direction, and a ventilation hole 21, which opens forward, is provided in the vent pipe 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
