Abstract:
To provide an appearance inspecting apparatus capable of inspecting appearance of an annular resin product with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An appearance inspecting apparatus includes a conveyance device for horizontally rotating a disk-like glass sheet 11 and conveying an inspection object K supplied onto the glass plate 11 in a rotation direction, a surface imaging device 20 for imaging the surface of the inspection object K conveyed by the conveyance device, and a determination device for processing an image imaged by the surface imaging device 20 and determining the quality of the appearance of the inspection object K. The surface imaging device 20 includes a surface imaging camera 21 arranged above at a surface imaging position P1, a surface side blue illumination part 22 that is arranged between the surface imaging camera 21 and the glass sheet 11 and irradiates the surface of the inspection object K with blue light, a surface side red illumination part 25 that is arranged between the surface side blue illumination part 22 and the glass sheet 11 and irradiates the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface on the surface side of the inspection object K, and a green irradiation part 26 for surface inspection that is arranged below the glass sheet 11 and emits green light upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
