To provide an inspection support device or the like capable of outputting inspection results in a report format while guiding an inspection operation of real estate property so as to be smoothly and accurately performed.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an inspection support device 1 capable of communication with a terminal device and having: a registration part 11b which performs at least inspection registration for registering at least an inspection type and an inspection period, floor and area registration for registering a floor and an area name of an inspection target, inspection item registration for registering at least any of an inspection item and an inspection point, and registration of area and inspection item allocation for associating the area name with the inspection item; an inspection guide part 11c which transmits, to the terminal device, contents registered by the registration part and guides an inspection of the registered inspection item so as to be performed for each area of each floor; and a report generation part 11d which generates a report based on results of the inspection performed in accordance with the guide by the inspection guide part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
