To provide a server device, an information processing method, and a program that can construct an electronic shopping mall with less operation burden.SOLUTION: In an information processing system 1000, a server device 100 receives a generation request for an electronic shopping mall from a first user, generates the electronic shopping mall based on the generation request, and receives a store opening request to the generated electronic shopping mall from a second user. The server device opens a store of the second user in the electronic shopping mall based on the store opening request. In the electronic shopping mall, a character of a third user is moved based on the third user's operation, and purchase of a product of the store of the second user is accepted based on the move of the character of the third user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
