Abstract:
To provide a compression folding device for corrugated paper capable of storing cardboard compactly by making it easy to cut and fold the cardboard even if having been supplied in a double-ply state.SOLUTION: A pair of rotary rollers have places for making cuts formed according to engagement of uneven teeth 5a, 5b and are provided with places 4 where those opposite uneven teeth 5a, 5b are not provided and no cut is made. When a corrugated cardboard box etc., is supplied between the pair of rotary rollers 2, 3 while being folded, the corrugated cardboard has places to be cut and so on and places 4 not to be cut formed, and sheets D1, D2 of the corrugated cardboard etc., are folded to have zigzag cross sections, so they are folded compactly to be easily stored or disposed of.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
