Abstract:
To achieve further increase of workpiece conveyance speed.SOLUTION: A workpiece conveyance device includes a frame part 11, a first member 13, a second member 14, a third member 15, a driving part 16A, and a fourth member 17. The first member 13 is supported in a manner that the first member 13 can be operated around a first axis relative to the frame part 11. The second member 14 is operably supported by the first member 13 and is supported in a manner that the second member 14 can rotate and be displaced relative to the frame member 11 in a slide shaft part 21 provided at the frame part 11. The third member 15 is supported in a manner that the third member can slide in a longitudinal direction of the second member 14. The driving part 16 causes the third member 15 to slide. The fourth member 17 is operably supported by the third member 15 and can support a holder 40 for holding a workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
