Abstract:
To provide a trocar capable of efficiently expanding a biological tissue of an organ, etc. in an abdominal cavity or a thoracic cavity, and a surgical instrument insertion device.SOLUTION: A hanging trocar 100 inserted into a living body for causing a surgical instrument to advance from outside of the body to inside of the body includes a trocar body 110 formed in a cylindrical shape, which includes a base end side opening 111A and a tip side opening 112A, and a seal member fitting part 120 formed on a base end side R of the trocar body 110. The trocar body 110 includes a base end side cylindrical end part 111 connected to the base end side opening 111A, a tip side cylindrical end part 112 connected to the tip side opening 112A, and a connection part 113 for tilting the base end side cylindrical end part 111 and the tip side cylindrical end part 112, and connecting them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
