To reduce variations in temperature over a longitudinal direction of a heating member.SOLUTION: When a connection part, of a plurality of connection parts G1, G2 to which conductors 62A to 62C and heating elements 59 are connected, which connects a heating element 59 with the conductors 62A, 62c arranged on one side in a short direction of a base material with respect to the heating element 59 is a first connection part G1, and a connection part which connects a heating element 59 with the conductor 62B arranged on the other side in the short direction of the base material with respect to the heating element 59 is a second connection part G2, and when the heating elements 59 are divided into a first zone A1 and a second zone A2 with a center line M in a longitudinal direction U of the heating elements 59 as a reference, at least one connecting zone of the first connection part G1 and second connection part G2 is different in some of the heating elements 59 and the heating element 59 other than those.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
