Abstract:
To suppress an error in the number of atoms when creating a chemical structure based on a compound name.SOLUTION: A first compound name is input to a model that outputs a character string representing a chemical structure in response to an input of a compound name, a result output by the model is obtained in response to the input of the first compound name, and machine learning of the model is performed based on a cross-entropy error determined based on a character string representing the chemical structure of the first compound indicated by the first compound name and a difference in the number of atoms determined by the result and the number of atoms of each element constituting the first compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
