Abstract:

To provide an insertion aid for an endoscope, the insertion aid having improved user convenience.SOLUTION: An insertion aid 13 for an endoscope 12 is attached to the endoscope and comprises: a grip part 34 having an insertion hole part inside which the endoscope is capable of being inserted; an operation part that engages with the endoscope and advances/backs with respect to the grip part to advance/back the endoscope; a liquid storage part that is provided inside the grip part and stores liquid; and a tubular member that is provide inside or outside the endoscope, has one end connected to the liquid storage part, and guides the liquid toward the other end opposite to the one end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
