Abstract:
To provide a cutting hole processing jig which can easily manufacture footwear in a short time by using the foot size data without using a shoe mold, since, recently, an individual person can easily know the foot size data required for manufacturing footwear by imaging foot with a smart phone and analyzing the image.SOLUTION: A cutting hole processing jig of the present invention has a portion sewn to the peripheral edge of a unit sole and covering the foot according to the design constituted from a plurality of parts and is used for cutting out the flat development of the portion covering the foot from a footwear raw material. The cutting hole processing jig includes a plurality of parts for jig that form the flat development of the plurality of parts. The relative positions of the plurality of parts for jig are determined on the basis of the measured dimension of a prescribed portion for determining the shape of the foot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
