Abstract:
To provide a hollow structural plate which can improve strength and rigidity.SOLUTION: A hollow structural plate 1 includes a base part 4 having a substantially flat plate shape, a core material 3 having a plurality of projections 5 projecting upward from the base part 4, and a pair of upper and lower surface materials 6 having substantially flat plate shapes. The core material 3 and the surface materials 6 are composed of a resin, and are configured so that the core material 3 is arranged between the pair of surface materials 6 and are fixed to each other. The core material 3 has connection ribs 9 for connecting the adjacent projections 5. The core material 3 is integrally formed by vacuum molding, and the connection ribs 9 are formed so that a base material 10 having a substantially flat plate shape constituting the core material 3 is folded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
