Abstract:
To provide an ultraviolet cut filter capable of irradiating and killing bacteria and virus in the air with ultraviolet (UV-C), installed in an air purifier for exhausting purified air outside the air purifier, capable of passing the air so as to suck outside air into the air purifier and exhaust the air purified outside the air purifier, capable of intercepting harmful ultraviolet (UV-C) to prevent the harmful ultraviolet from leaking outside the air purifier, compact, simple in structure and inexpensive.SOLUTION: A plurality of spherical or polyhedral balls formed of soda glass, etc., laminated into a plurality of layers and charged in the inside of a filter box having meshes 4 attached to both side end openings facing each other are placed in a passage sucking outside air into an air purifier and a passage exhausting purified air to the outside of the air purifier. Although air passes through the passages, the blocking of harmful ultraviolet (UV-C) can avoid the leakage of the harmful ultraviolet to the outside of the air purifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
