Abstract:
To provide a golf club head including a face part capable of being bent sufficiently by appropriately suppressing deformation of a crown part's portion in the vicinity of the face part.SOLUTION: A golf club head 1 comprises a hollow head body 10 including a face part 2 and a crown part 3 extending backward from an upper edge 2a of the face part 2. The crown part 3 includes a belt-like first high rigidity part 8 along the upper edge 2a of the face part 2. The first high rigidity part 8 includes a plurality of first unit structures 11 aligned along the upper edge 2a of the face part 2. The first unit structures 11 are recesses or protrusions. The first high rigidity part 8 is provided in a region within a range from a front end to a position of 1/5 of a length in a front-back direction of the crown part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
