Abstract:
To provide an apex attachment device that can suppress generation of a gap between a starting end surface and a rear end surface of an apex attached to an outer peripheral surface of a core.SOLUTION: An attachment device comprises: a rotating mechanism 21 that rotates a core 4a in a circumferential direction while supporting the core 4a; an attaching member 40 that attaches an apex A to the core 4a, in a predetermined attachment position Pa in the circumferential direction of the core 4a; a supply guide 27 that guides the apex A to be supplied to the attachment position Pa; a moving mechanism 28 that moves the supply guide 27 along a supplying direction of the apex A; and a control device 14 that controls operation of the rotating mechanism 21 and of the moving mechanism 28. The control device 14 makes the rotating mechanism 21 rotate the core 4a while attaching a starting end part of the apex A to the core 4a and makes the moving mechanism 28 move the supply guide 27 toward the attachment position Pa in synchronization with the rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
