Abstract:
To provide an allowable repayment amount calculation device for accurately calculating an allowable loan amount in a housing loan.SOLUTION: In an acceptance business system included in a financial value calculation system, an allowable repayment amount calculation device 22 of a pre-assessment subsystem comprises: a condition acquisition section 24 which acquires a loan condition including a repayment period of a loan; a rental value calculation section 28 which acquires present or past house rent data from a house rent database and calculates an estimated value of a rental value of a house during at least a portion of the repayment period; a disposal value calculation section 26 which acquires present or past sale amount data of the house from a sales amount database and calculates an estimated value of a disposal value of the house at predetermined time in the future; and a maximum repayable amount calculation section 30 which calculates the maximum value of allowable monthly repayment amount in the housing loan on the basis of the estimated value of the rental value and the estimated value of the disposal value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
